The service

MCP Bids provides tools for public procurement research, source-document reading and user-requested monitoring. Coverage depends on supported sources and their availability. Collected records can be incomplete or out of date.

Accounts and authorization

Use an account you control and protect its credentials. Review client permissions before connecting. Existing account entitlements and usage limits apply across clients. The ChatGPT plugin does not sell subscriptions, initiate checkout or offer upgrades.

Permitted use and sources

Use the service only for lawful purposes and respect source-site terms and rights. The tools do not submit bids, sign contracts, send outreach, access closed source accounts or bypass CAPTCHAs. Source-site rights and authority to collect and redistribute source material must be confirmed by the operator before public submission.

Evidence and interpretation

Check original source material before relying on a result. Extracted text and AI interpretation may be incomplete or inaccurate. Company records do not establish solvency or eligibility. Contract-supplier records do not alone establish a competitive win. A refusal decision does not alone establish a completed legal termination.

Data and connection controls
